My husband had a case in early 2000's and Harvey Ziff did a great job. Fast forward to 2021 when my mom was injured and we suggested Ziff and Cohn to take her case. Harvey was amazing. In 2018 my car was t-boned by a driver running a red light. Subsequently, I had back surgery. Several attorneys turned down my case. For this I'm thankful because that's how I found Harvey Ziff . He immediately took charge and told me what info he needed. He got a quick settlement from the other driver's insurance company for the maximum they insured. Not being satisfied, Harvey turned his attention to my insurance company for "underinsured driver" coverage.
