Did a great job on my blue Subaru. I had hood, fender and glass damage and they redid the whole front end and did a great job color matching the 10 year old paint.

And returned it with a thorough cleaning, inside and out!

Anyone looking to pay out of pocket, they are only an insurance bodyshop. Our car was hit by someone and since then we had moved and the insuranxe had changed. I called them to see if they can provide me an out of pocket estimate. The person on the phone barely tried to listen and relucantly asked me to come. (Gave all the reasons that it takes long and it wont be ready in time for lease returb etc).

I still made the trip as we were desperate. Even without looking at the car better, they told me it would be $5000-$6000 and its better to go through insurance. I am sure they do good work but dont waste your time if you are looking to pay out of pocket for whatever reasons. The customer service isnt great!

Highly recommend. What most of us would anticipate to be a grueling and stressful experience was anything but. Ziggys was professional, thorough, courteous, and the work was excellent. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as the day I drove it out of the showroom. Thank you for a great job!

I mirror others with 1 star. Owner Ziggy is a scam artist.

He told me to "leave the car with him so he can convince my insurance it is a total, not worth fixing after my deductible, so I could at least get a Blue Book price to buy another car"...what?!?

Question: so WHY would he do this for me "for free"? He admitted he does not work on older cars (2007 Camry), but he WILL make the auto body repairs on this one so he can RESELL it for a profit, with full knowledge that since the pandemic, used car prices have increased by 40%...AVOID this place.

Oh, then took my car to Sandy's Autobody at 113 Seaview Ave, and he did the job (and a few extras) for a total of $1500...do the math and go to this honest man.

Fully recommend.
Their partnership with an insurance company made it so easy to communicate and do business with.
They were clear and up front about the timing for the work to be done.
They cleaned the car to be spotless.
They were kind and attentive and honest about the damage.

I have never had the pleasure of dealing with anyone like Ziggy. The work is impeccable; the customer service is second to none; every employee who crosses your path greets you; the staff is both respectful and accommodating. I do not write reviews, however, they made my experience easy. Should your vehicle need repair, don't hesitate.

My car was in an accident and I chose to have it go to Ziggy's.

From my past experience they truly look at the issues and diagnose the problems. They are responsive, careful, and advise of issues that come up.

I 100% recommend them in the Jersey City / Hoboken area. The area is becoming gentrified and I hope that doesn't crowd them out. They are a great company.

Unfortunately the world has conditioned us to expect the absolute worst from having to go to places like a body shop. Luckily there is Ziggys to buck the trend. Polite, informed, clean, responsive, unnecessarily helpful and the work was excellent. They coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise and GEICO, making pick up and drop off a 5 minute process. You're already having a tough week when you need to go to a place like Ziggys. Thankfully, they don't make it any tougher.
