I needed to do a quick vac after a vacation trip and Zip Thru was so conveniently located right off Hwy 12. The cleaning stall is spacious and very high. This large Ford Transit fit with plenty of space.
The wide angle vacuum made cleaning the seats and floors a breeze and the crevice tool made cleaning tight spaces easy. The garbage can was clean and clear. And they even have towels available for drying.
I only went for a quick vacuum and it was a pleasure to do so here at Zip Thru. I Highly recommended for their vacuums

Big fat "FAIL" on equipment maintenance, employee laziness, late openings and a general lack of respect for the customer. Do yourself a favor and bypass this business!!

One out of all of my previous car washes, one time has somebody used the pre-spray from the front of my car. One time the young man this morning has been there several times and he spends way too much time on his phone. It looks as though it's a bother for him to be there, so I will get rid of them. You're very last vertical scrubbers have been broken for a few days now, in operable. Those need to be fixed. You need better hangers for your air nozzles. If you have employees then don't show initiative and do every aspect of their job to every car, they need to be cut, because the customer is getting what they pay for I'm gonna go ahead and give it some time and think about whether or not I wanna stay here or go somewhere else. This is the second express car wash that I've tried in the city so far. There's one more that has several places in California one here and one in Vacaville that I will try next if things don't improve here. That's my honest opinion and you can take it or leave it.

The next time I tried the platinum wash for $19.95 and they gave me a coupon for 1/2 off my next visit. Basically BOGO 50% off. It's all self service, which I prefer. I do a better job wiping down my car and I don't have to tip. They provide everything needed, towels, vacuums, mat cleaning machine, they even have an air gun to blast water from side mirrors and such. I decided to get the monthly premium package $34.95 a month for unlimited premium washes. I drive by all the time so as long as I go at least 3 times a month it pays for itself. I was paying $34.95 plus tip at other car washes for a single wash!

2745693372Nov 21, 2023Updated review22 check-insFriday wash day! I still continue to keep my membership here which is monthly just under $20. Reflection of keeping some of the dirt off of my car lol. My visits have been pleasant when I pull up I drive to the third row that reads your license plates for members only, the middle all I want to say is for credit cards and I think the first row is for wanting to sign up for membership or paying cash or credit card. I like it because there are never any long extensive lines waiting to go through pretty seamless for the most part And the brushes are gentle on my car. I also like the fact that there are multiple vacuums and little towel bins to dispose of cleaning. Decent location. Hoping that one day they'll have more of their businesses in the valley.

Jonnita, we offer first month free for all new customers. If however, there is an issue, we take care of the issue as you have stated. We thank you for your patience and contacting us to resolve the issue. We have different nozzles for the vacuum to make sure that the customers can clean fast and also reach in the tigh spots to clean them. In addition, we provide compressed air gun to blow dirt from under the tigh spots, cup holder, seats, etc to get a full-service clean. The compressed air is also used to blow water from the jambs of doors, hood, trunk and mirrors to ensure that water does not drip once you start to drive. You have all the tools to do a full-service job yourself. We have 3 lanes to ensure quick flow of vehicles through the car wash and not unlimited wash members wait. Somehow, during the first month free, I was charged for it, but luckily, with the business being honest, they sent me an email saying that I was reimbursed for that mistake. This is a brand new car wash, and for the first time I can say that I feel as though I liked the way it washed my car and I like how they have many options for the vacuuming section. The young lady that signed me up, wasn't as happy as you would think for being in the customer service Surrounding but she wasn't rude. Possibly a new associate still getting used to her job duties. But I would definitely be taking great use of my membership which at this point in time is the $20 wash value. This location also has three lanes the first one I went to was the pull up to speak with Associate and sign up for my wash. The last tall is by license plates for members only where it reads your license plates. When you pull up the middle section possibly could be for credit card payments, but I'm not 100% sure.

Scam promotions! Went for the free car wash as advertised on their website. Got there and the cashier said I don't qualify for the free wash since my car already claimed the promo. Apparently they have a system that tracks license plates. Almost believable, except I've owned my car since new and know exactly where it's been. This scam might work for used cars, but you can't fool me. I assume most other customers would just accept their claim and pay outright. I wanted the trial to see if the membership would be worth it. But now I know this business is shady, I'll stay away.

Jason, there is nothing scam about any of the promotions we offer. There are no car washes that offer free trial like ours for anyone to try. It is not our intention to scam people as accused by you. We ID customers in a certain way and we are sorry that it did not work for you. We have been ID'ing a lot of customers and have been giving away tons of free washes to customers for one time as well as free first month. Kindly let me know of a car wash that offers free washes in the area like us. We will be glad to point you to a ton of customers who have availed the promotions we have. I would like to suggest you do this, bring a vehicle of yours or your friends that is a new vehicle and try to get a free car wash for first time or get first month free and confirm whether we are run a scam promotion or not. If you still find it a scam, report it here on all of the social media.
The issue with you purchasing a used vehicle not able to get a free car wash or first month free promotion still exists and is not a scam. We are aware of the issue and do not have a solution as of yet for used vehicles which have been to our car wash before. You can very well change your review to reflect that, but stating that the promotions we offer is a scam is a wrong statement on your side.
In order to make sure that we ID customers in a unique way, we have to collect drivers license or social security numbers. We do not believe it is the right thing to do and I am not sure you or anyone will be willing to provide. We have made it easy for people to try our services without infringing one people's privacy by using the non-private form of vehicle ID. Hope you have a better understanding now. I would suggest you ask anyone why they do what they do rather than assuming something that is not true. They were decent in the beginning but now their suction for vacuum barely does the job and their rug washer is always stuck so it doesn't work as well.. I think it's about time to cancel my membership.

My first time coming here as they are a new business in town. Prices are reasonable and it's definitely an express car wash where you drive onto a car walkway, set your car to neutral and let the car wash do the rest. I've used similar before, and knew what to do. But if you're new to this type of car wash, don't expect to get directions from the workers.
There weren't many other cars while we were there, so we were able to take our time. Technically they do provide wipe towels, but we only found a few. Definitely bring your own. The vacuum was great. The car wash is good, but I don't know if I would buy a membership.

Janice, we have a person at the cashier station and also at the loading area with signs to load vehicles. If there are additional instructions required, please let us know we will be happy to provide more instructions. Some customers do ask us for more information and even ask us to help us in getting the vehicle to neutral and we are glad to help. We also do let customers know to get on neutral before we load them.

So this will be the second significant survey I will be leaving for this car wash. I see they must have heard my last one because some things have changed. As far as the drying roller that drys the hood and top of the car sucks. It lifts and leaves a large wet soapy area on my hood causing me to have to get out to dry it off. It also never drys the trunk. At the least put some large blowers to dry the trunk area. Also have been told towels will be disbursed to different drying parking spots but this never happened. Always have to go up to the front of the car wash near office to get drying towels. This is so inconvenient for everyone and anyone having immobility issues as well!

UPDATE- Kathy, if you have any issues at all, talk to us at the car wash so that we can see what issue you face that no one else is having. Also, we have let you know already that the towels are at the entrance of the car wash since there has been a lot of theft of towels and we need to keep an eye on them. We will not be putting up towels at the individual stations as we do not have control of which towels are clean and which are not. Hope you understand the reason behind it. There are some changes coming to the drying on the rear of the vehicle in the near future. However, understand that it is our car wash only that wipes your vehicle down and no other car wash wipes down vehicles. This is an express car wash that gets the job complete in around 2.5 minutes. The reason why we have towels is that you can wipe off excess water in the jambs or rear of the vehicle is hard to wipe as the vehicle passes by. If you still need the whole vehicle wiped without any water, you need to go to a full-service car wash facility that will charge you $35 for a single wash. Hope you are able to distinguish between these services. We are always diligently working to improve the car wash with advances in technology and with our own innovations. We hope you appreciate that.
Kathy, we have put lots of towels right now and will be adding another barrel of towels by the free mat washer and rug beater location so that you can access them. We were trying a few chemicals for the tire shine and have settled on a tire shine that does good. Bug spray are added automatically for the top Platinum Lava wash when the car goes through the tunnel. We applied additional bug spray during the bug season to tackle the bugs. We are switching to a better system soon. You will be glad to see the changes. We thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback.
When it comes to getting the service of what you paid for, our system is a sophisticated automated state of the art system that allows only one vehicle to go through so that there are no issues in the order of the queue and we have monitor that shows what car we are loading to make sure that we are not loading a vehicle out of sequence for any reason. The tunnel system then picks up the right wash for your vehicle and systematically renders all that is required for the package.

However, they often don't have towels like right now. No tire shine on tires. Used to be too much tire shine now it seems there's never shine anymore. Sometimes they spray a liquid substance for the bugs, sometimes they don't. I am a monthly member. Always wonder if I'm getting what I pay for, because multiple cars going through the wash at one time!
135317928Nov 23, 2022I decided to check out this car wash since it's literally across my barber Lee's Hair Salon. What a convenient location! I was literally able to KO two birds with one stone.
The car wash is right off of Sunset and Hwy 12. I initially thought that this was the same car wash as the one off of W. Texas, but evidently this place is called Zip Thru Car Wash so I am not sure if they are the same franchise or not.
Upon pulling up to the front gate I was greeted by a staff member who helped me out since I was cash pay. They do offer quite a few different packages from $10 basic wash to +$20 all inclusive wash. I got the 2nd from the last which was $13 wash. This wash is able to give you a triple foam bath plus it even shines your wheels.
After you pay you go through the gate and there's another staff member that will guide you through the car wash. It looks like everything here works exceptionally well. All of the brushes deeply washed my car and gave it a very clean shine afterwards. It was really nice experience going through this car wash and it has all kinds of different gadgets and lights and the soap smells kind of good when it comes through my vents. The best part about this wash too was at the end before you exit there is like two big rollers that have bristles on them and they actually buff your wheels out which is again what I paid for so that's cool to see that I was actually getting my money's worth.
After you exit the car wash you just hang a right and you'll be greeted by an extensive row of vacuums and pressurized airlines to blast out all of the dust from your inside and outside of the car. I was surprised that there was only a couple of cars besides myself here. They have literally like 20 vacuum stalls and there's only like three cars here and when I rolled by the 7 flags on W. Texas, I saw like at least 10 cars over there. It always seems to be very busy over there but over here it's kind of a hidden gem I guess. Either that or people are just lazy to drive out this way.
Anyhow, I am really satisfied with the level of service here and it is worth the money that I paid. The only gripe I had was that I paid using my card and I was talking to the guy and I think the gate only stays open for like 30 seconds and then it closes. So when me and the guy were done talking I tried to go through but the gate had already closed and he had to grab his manager to override the gate so that I can go through.
