Alex and team are super responsive and reliable. We had an issue that required the team to look into various options and Alex did not quit until he resolved. We are 100% satisfied with service!!

After a PG&E outage fried my parents' Jenn-Air range, I contacted Zuta for a repair. The replacement parts were expensive but Alex's service was excellent. He was neat, efficient, and professional. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed a stuck garbage disposal so we didn't have to replace it. I'd definitely call Zuta the next time we need an appliance repair.

I was so lucky I called these guys! Alex and Tony came to look at a very old oven that another repairman said we'd need to replace. They were like skilled surgeons. Taking the time to check everything carefully. They verified that the old thermostat dial was broken and spare parts were not available. So, they fixed it somehow. A MIRACLE! Saved a major kitchen remodel: avoiding pain and thousands of dollars. Call these guys before giving up.

Zuta Appliance repaired my gas range and made it like new again. Alex and Rizai both worked on my range and they were very knowledgeable and fast, even though they needed to come out more than once. They were friendly and professional. Alex was confident and reassured us that he would be able to fix it. He was right and the range works great again. I would not hesitate calling them for any appliance repairs.

Our oven stopped working, most likely because of a faulty igniter. Called Zuta. Penny picked up immediately and scheduled the appointment for a few days later. On day of appointment, she called to say the scheduled technician couldn't make it that afternoon but that another, Alex, would be there very soon. He came in a few minutes, went right to work and replaced the igniter quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended!

Zuta recently repaired my washing machine. They came very close to the time they said they would come -- a miracle with repair services. Alex, their technician diagnosed the problem very rapidly and gave me my options of spending the money to replace an expensive part or buying a new washing machine. As I was talking to him I realized if I got a new machine I would have to pay a delivery fee as well as buying the new machine and it was going to take a lot of time for me to do the research and find a new machine that I liked that would fit in the space that my current washer is in. It made sense to me to keep my old machine and fix it up like new. When the part came in they called me right away they came out to install it. Alex, the technician, was professional and informative throughout the whole process. My washing machine sounds like a brand new appliance.

This is an update. After 5-6 visit, Alex finally fixed the problem. I am glad at the end everything is fixed and working fine. It was just a bit frustrating that I had to arrange time to be home all these time for it to be fixed.

Prompt same day response to my service call. Part ordered and returned - on time - for installation. Courteous service by Diego and Alex. Would use again. Thank you!

My previous appliance repair service let me down. They came and diagnosed my stove which had an igniter issue, and it needed to be replaced. They ordered the part, and left. No issue.

When I called to schedule the install, I ran into issues. Several times I called, and all of those interactions yielded no results, and no appointments.

That's when I found Zuta. I called, and they were able to get me an appointment the next day! Alex arrived on time, and gave me the heads up that he was 15 minutes away.

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, and installed the igniter within 15 minutes. I was impressed to say the least.

One thing of note was that the initial service vendor quoted me $392 to perform the install on the igniter. ($320 on the service alone, which is INSANE) Zuta was way more reasonable in the cost.

I would recommend Zuta in a heartbeat to anybody who had appliance issues.

I ordered a replacement glass cooktop for a downdraft electric JENN-AIR. The whole experience with Zuta was positive. The staff I dealt with by phone were professional and responsive. Thought the price we paid with installation was fair. Alex our installer was a real pro, respectful, mask worn, clean, thorough, no cracks or chips on the new piece, he got right to it done in 30-min, and it worked! The job was done right the first time, again, a real professional. Am relieved and grateful.

Had my pump sum replace with Zuta. Otavio and Alex did an awesome job, very through. The best part is, he's very nice and professional. The dryer works smoothly now! Their price is very fair for the quality of work!!
Will only use Otavio and Alex from now on with my other repairs when needed!
