I am so pleased with the work Zuta Repair has done for me! A few months ago, my oven would not turn on and I was able to get same-day service , a speedy diagnosis of a wornout igniter, and then immediate replacement. Recently the stove burners needed servicing since they were sluggish to ignite, and again I got quick and effective help. An unlooked-for bonus was that I got tips on how to read the signs that indicate a part is wearing out and how to replace my burner cleaning tool of toothpicks, which can break off and clog the works, with better and equally easy to find at home implements! And I have had two different service technicians, both of whom were courtest, so helpful and extremely competent.

A knob on my 22 year-old Kitchen Aid clothes dryer mysteriously broke, and I needed a quick fix. I went to Yelp and called ZUTA APPLIANCE REPAIR the next morning and got an appointment for that very afternoon! Amazing. The technician, Mark, texted before he came and showed up promptly. My experience was great.
I don't even know where to start. I guess from the beginning!
We bought an older Wolf oven for our new place. Had a company (that I will not mention by name) come over to link it to the gas line and check that it worked properly. A few things didn't sit well with me: they were asking $150 paid up front in order to have the appointment made. The technician then showed up and installed the line (didn't take the price of the part off the $150), then proceeded to tell us the oven wasn't working (it was) and that he needed to know the model number (which was behind the kick plate, even I knew that, and I'm not the oven expert!).
So once the technician left, I went back onto Yelp to find another company to make sure everything was right.
Luck put me in contact with Zuta. the woman over the phone couldn't have been nicer. Got me an appointment for the next day. Told me it would be $85 for the service call ( to be paid at the end of the visit) and that any repair or part necessary would be deducted from that $85.
Mark showed up early and we chatted as he was looking over everything. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to be around and familiar with Wolf's ovens.
I couldn't be happier (and now reassured that our oven is working properly).

Mark was on time, as scheduled. Was patient while he got the full story, and diagnosed the problem in no time at all. He was able to give me an estimate on the appliance as well, on the spot, including labor.

I appreciate he was able to describe everything clearly and all of the possibilities was really appreciated.

We rely heavily on our oven, and were super bummed when it died and a technician told us there was a problem with the control panel, and that replacement parts weren't available. I'm glad I sought out a second opinion! I reached out to Zuta late on a Tuesday night, and on Wednesday morning they got back to me. Mark showed up at my house that very same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, AND fixed it! The whole process took less than a day! He was also very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave me good pointers on how to take care of our appliances. Five stars all around!

Update: The oven ended up not working the next day. It's long and complicated, and we still don't know if it's going to be fixable or not. We've contacted the company several times trying to get updates on whether a replacement part is available, and how much it will cost, but they still haven't gotten back to us with information. We've been without an oven for weeks, and it's been hard since we generally use it almost every day.

I tried to use my oven on a random Wednesday and it wasn't working. I cook with my oven almost every day, so this was a huge issue. The first thing I did is turn to Yelp to find somebody to fix my oven, so I sent a number of requests out to various vendors on Yelp. Zuta Appliance Repair was the first to respond to my request and was the most responsive to my questions about availability. They were able to come on the weekend at no additional charge (they were actually available earlier but I had a conflict).

The technician texted when he was on his way (as Zuta said he would) and showed up within the time window they provided. The technician was done in 45 minutes, and the repair was as painless as I could imagine it being. The oven was up and running in no time!

Zuta is a trustworthy company. They helped us with our Bosch dishwasher and made 2 trips to ensure that everything was worked out well. They were very responsive and finished the job.

For value, I consider Zuta Appliance Repair to be very good. My concerns are less about small differences between companies about "initial cost" than I value good interactions, professionalism, and their ability to resolve problems. Zuta resolved the problem with my dishwasher and explained more about the machine than I had known.

I've already booked a second request to repair another appliance.

I found Zuta Appliance Repair through a Google search for companies that Google offers some guarantee for in case the company. I didn't have to use Google's guarantee but will always look at their recommended companies more than yelp in the future.

Had a great experience with Zuta Repair. Mark and Larry were so helpful in diagnosing our stove/oven problem and repairing the same day! I appreciated the thorough communication from start to finish as well as letting me know their ETA and being punctual on top of that. Not only that, after servicing and the repairs, Mark offered recommendations and explained how to maintain and clean our burners so they work and function properly. Great service, great people, great experience!
