I found SF Toyota through CarGurus. I was recently in a car accident (the other guy hit and run) and my relatively new car (a 2015 Nissan Versa) was rendered irreparable. I was in need of a car asap as I commute daily from SF to Burlingame for work. They happened to have a Hyundai Elantra that had just recently traded in that was just in my price range. For the price the bank didn't usually finance because it was so low and I wasn't in a position to buy newer or higher priced cars. David Luo and his team went to bat and got me the car! For the price, I was afraid they wouldn't care as much but I was wrong and didn't bat a lash when I put cash down for the down payment.
David took care of the paperwork, he was prompt with his emails, communicated and responded by phone and text. David, Jason and everyone else at SF Toyota was kind, courteous and it didn't matter I bought the lowest priced car in their lot. I was treated with respect and offered great customer service.
Thank you so much SF Toyota! I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for my next car!!!
