'I was concerned about a check engine light that had come on and had them check it out. They did lots of tests and concluded that no work needed to be done, so they charged me a very small diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. When I got home I realized they had also taken the time to wash my car and buff out some large scuffs on the side of my van at no charge! Throughout all of my interactions with them their staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most recently I picked up a new set of wheels and tires. When I picked them up from the buyer, I forgot to bring straps so they were rolling around my truck bed. Luckily auto logic was only a 2 miles always, and just so happened they were able to slot me in on the spot. Initially the quoted me a higher price because of all the sensors and calibration (something I never even thought about before buying the wheels/tires). What I love is that they are amazing at explaining the 'WHY' behind their work in ways that a person like me who knows next to nothing about cars can understand. They were able to install the tires and I was back on the road in less than 2hrs. Best part, the calibration and sensors didn't require extra work, so my final paying price was nearly a $100 less than the quoted price! It's the honesty and transparency that keeps me coming back. Even though my car has a Manufactures warranty, i always prefer coming here because it's that know/like/trust aspect that's hard to find. From finding comps for tires and wheel sizes to keeping me updated on the delivery status. They are known for their expertise on Subies, so if you own one, you should check em out. More for looks than function for me, but glad it serves a function too. I was referred to Werkshop by someone who had gotten tint done in the past, and got in contact with Wyman. It was my first experience getting tint to my car done, so naturally I had a ton of questions and they were super responsive. Wyman was able to show the different shades/percentages prior to bringing in my vehicle, which I was thankful for. He was able to give me a quote and we set up a time to bring the car in. Bringing the car in was a breeze. Wyman was kind enough to show me the difference in shades and cut tiny pieces of tint to show how dark it would be once applied. After a few options, I finally decided on 35% and it came out better than I expected. They quoted me 3 hours, and it was done on time. Reading the reviews, it looks like this is the place if you are looking to get body work and performance mods put onto your car. Definitely will be back, as I take a deep dive into the tacoma mods and eventually get my car ready for off-roading!
