Joseph’s 5-star review: my city, my town, my current place of residence, and my dream come true. If you speak english, you'll get by though I reccomend learning at least 3 other languages to truly experience the subcultures. you'll need: 1. Italian- Prego! Ciao Bella! spanakopitamiliaci! ok that last one was made up, but you get the picture. You can't possibly walk through northbeach without hearing some italian spewing out... don't worry they aren't yelling AT you... it's WITH you. especially helpful at pantarei, Danilo cafe and other local italian owned places. 2. Chinese - no examples of the language, but again, walk around and you'll hear it. Probably don't need to know this one, but if you do you're probably paying 50% less than everybody else. In this case, they ARE yelling at you. Beware. 3. English - F!@$K you, Asshole, etc. REally if you can swear in english, that's all you need. If not, just get drunk at gino & carlos or grant and green and stumble around. If you slur your words enough and smile, everyone will assume you're friendly. God I love this place. -
Joseph’s 5-star review: As a local I definately love this park. Great vibe, nice people and on a sunny day you just can't go wrong. Weekdays end quietly. There's always a pretty big group of dog-walker folks that let the dogs run and play in the center of the grass. Don't mind the tourists taking pictures of the church and you'll be fine. There's always a bunch of homeless people, but they're friendly and don't really bite. Weekends on a sunny day and this park is AWESEOM! pretty girls in bikini's, and people in general fill the shit out of it. Greaaaat vibe. EIther time you can most likely bring some beers/wine/champagne without fear of retribution from teh cops. I've DEFINATELY had some drunken and hilarious moments here... Catch me here most early evenings playing my guitar! I'm the slightly less creepy guy who tries to sing.... :) -
Joseph’s 5-star review: This is one of my neighborhood spots so it's about time i give em a shout out. Let me paint you guys a picture. It's 1:30 and you're at grant and green. You're smashed, but not quite smashed enough, and your new lady (or guy) friend wants to have more drinks. Problem is.. you're a cheap ass (so cabs are out) and it's last call at all the places worth taking someone else to anyway! Shabaam. Like a valiant knight, this market trampedes into your existence. Liquor.. beer... munchies! you're set. just grab your bottle(s) and head to washington square for some drunken alone time with your "new friend". woohoo! one thing to note... when you're sober you'll realize how marked up the alchy is here. Makes sense since they gotta make a living... just be prepared! -
Joseph’s 5-star review: I live next door to this place, and came a long time ago (my pre-yelp days of course...) and since it was a moment of celebration for the lady (she got a new apartment in north beach yay! so... after a bottle of wine at delluva, we meandered over for a nice little dinner. Getting there we were seated promptly. No wait, no standing around; pretty crucial since my stomach had begun to eat itself. (damn you drunk munchies). nice ambiance, clean crisp and professional, I forgot how close I was to home! they even ran over when i tried to fill my own water... yeah i was impressed. after the bread (with tasty olive oil and balsamic), we started with a nice green salad. Candied walnuts are officially in my good graces, so I'm a happy man.... pair that with a few tomatoes and some gorgonzola, and I was ready to cry. Ah then the main course. The GF went with the gnochhi (stuffed with cheese and spinach), I had the veal piccata over spinach and potatoes. The gnochi was possibly the best i've had. Even beat figaro no problem. I swear I've never seen them stuffed so full! there was more stuffing than gnochi. If you've ever had veal, you know it's already delicious wihtout doing much. So much flavor in those damn innocent babies it's rediculous. My GF (the former vegan) even tried some and was horrified with herself at how good it was. score another one for the meat eaters!! I wish I could say I had dessert, but I was wayyy too full and just gave up. Always a great meal, amazing service, and a soothing ambiance. This is one of my favorite places. -
Joseph’s 1-star review: I guess theres only a few reviews for this place since they just moved across the street. This place managed to dissapoint me pretty well. The ambiance of the new location suggests they're upping there game and going for a new crowd. Good bye homey feel and comfortable surroundings, hello sleek modern architecture I've seen adopted by other high quality pizza places. Too bad the pizza didnt get better along with them. Overall a huge dissapointment. The fried zuchinni was pretty good, but then again it's pretty hard to mess that up. We went with the North Beach Pizza. I can't say that it was particularly bad... but for the rediculously inflated price, I can't say it was any good. Who wants to pay that much for a crappy average tasting pizza? *sigh*. I'm going back to golden boy and apoligizing for cheating on them... all in all a major dissapointment. I won't waste my money here again. -
Joseph’s 5-star review: This place is great. Run by the owners, you walk in to a little slice of real italy. Don't be intimidated by the nonstop italian flying all over the place; everybody speaks English too. You can hang out to watch the latest Italian soccer game, or sit outside and watch the hung-over folks stumble by. The coffee here is good enough to keep me coming back, and everyone who works there is awesomely nice. Their breakfasts taste like home made (probably because they ARE and are made in the back) and the foccacia is seriously rediculous. Try the veggie one and make sure they heat it up for you (don't worry they'll offer!). Last but not least... the coookies. AHHH so damn good it hurts sometimes. I walk by here every day on the way home; sometimes I just avert my eyes so i don't tempt myself again and again!! All in all it's freaking great. Good food, wonderful people, and a vibe that keeps you coming. -
Joseph’s 4-star review: Walking through north beach, it's nearly impossible to miss Golden Boy, right off the historic corner Grant and Green. The delicious waft of pizza attacks your nostrils with a fiery force, as their powerful fans blow it mercilessly onto the sidewalk. The melty gooey and delicious pizza stares at you ominously through the glass, slowly cooling on the cliche pizza trays. Once you make it through the (torturous -1 star) line, you arrive at a beautiful smiling girl (or big tattoed guy, whatever you're into..) who serves you paradise on a piece of wax paper. Thick slices, (the only way they should be) and a gloriously simple menu give golden boy the amazing vibe it deserves. Don't worry about what toppings you WANT, take whatever's fresh at the time; trust me, somethign will be. For the bold, there's the famous garlic clam which screams "fishermans wharf", while the meat lovers will stick with the combo. All in all? Amazing. And No, i'm not bias just because I live upstairs! -
Joseph’s 5-star review: Imagine yourself drunk, alone and scared on a Saturday night. 2:30 in the morning and you've never needed grease in your body more. Friends? Gone. Fast food? Closed. Then with a shining light, the glory of Buster's comes from no where to save you. If you want to pretend you're healthy, get the North Beach... an eclectic medley of vegetables goes great with the pound of meat and cheese wiz (or pepper jack if you're not feeling authentic). Feeling ballsy? Go for the traditional, or better yet a california style (lettuce tomato onion and mayo). Either way, I'd add sweet peppers and jalapenos (TAKE THE HEAT BABY!). If you're sharing with a friend, I'd reccomend getting cheese fries (chili optional for you vegetarians) to douse the fiery goodness you just inhaled. In the day time you can get abused in the great philly style, and don't have to wait in line. The smart ones will call in and save themselves the wait. All in all? Beauty, sheer Beauty. -
Joseph’s 4-star review: After reading a bunch of the other reviews I really think that yelp should break this into 2 seperate places. In all honesty I view the indian food as a completely different establishment (that suffers from our incessant noise and drinking). That being said, I'm keeping my review strictly to the bar aspect of this place. Picture yourself poor, destitute, tired, and sober. With only 10 dollars in your pocket, you desperately need to drink and you just can't drink anymore liquor. Where to go? Kennedy's!!! STick with PBR and you'll get so damn drunk it's not even funny... actually I take that back. It's hilarious! I always feel bad about the people in the adjoining indian resteraunt... specially the ones who aren't drunk and wandering over there from the bar; but hey! don't go to a bar for a quiet curry meal... they deliver for a reason. Anyway.. grab a pitcher or 3 and have a seat! the place is big enough to not get over crowded. Every bar has a pool table so I won't comment (about how AWESOME pool is!) but I gotta give some props for the foosball and airhockey they got goin on. I consider myself a foosball extrordinaire; if you see me around please challenge me to a game! All in all an AWESOME dive bar. Cheap ass drinks, awesome atmospheere, and enough games to keep you entertained on the off chance you can't do so on your own (for all you boring people!) -
Joseph’s 4-star review: Depending on the night, this place can range from a quiet, male dominated c0ck fest, to a mindblowing, nonstop raging party, complete with amazingly ridiculous cover bands. If it's a good night, you might have to wait a few minutes outside. Say hi to Andre the doorman before stumbling into the 2009 version of willy wonka's chocolate factory. There's a bar about 5 feet from the entrance so you won't have to go far for your jameson on the rocks (it IS an irish pub after all). Down that and head to the dance floor. If you're lucky, the party already started, but if not fear not! Just grab the nearest girl, spin her a couple times and then nature will take care of the rest. girls + spinning + Jameson = great night at Maggies. Sometimes they place gets TOO crowded (hence the -1 star) but if you can squeeze your way to the dancefloor, there's always room for enjoyment. -
Joseph’s 5-star review: The only reason anyone could ever consider, think, wonder or even question the idea of giving Mama's less than 5 stars would be the line. And seriously guys.... seriously? Get over it. Yeah, there's a line. Why? Cause the food is beamed directly down from heaven into your open and extremely undeserving mouth. Ok, so back to Mama's. Yes, I'll admit it. The line is long. It takes awhile. On the weekends (my only opportunity) I'd go there expecting an hour wait, and hey if you're surprised with only 45 mins then good for you. Once you get in the door, you might think your wait is over, but no. There's another line. Sorry, there I go on the line again. Ah the food. I wish I understood what they did to the food here to make it so damn amazing, but I fear it's a mystery lost in the swirling mists of time. Seriously though, how can they possibly make EGGS taste so good? It makes no sense. I cook eggs. My mom cooks eggs... YOU cook eggs.... it's like they sprinkle crack in every tasty bite. And the french toast? forget about it! it's created from pure joy, grilled and sandwiched with some sort of fruity goodness which accents it to perfection. I reccomend going with a friend and sharign a few things. Not to go on, but i seriously seriously love this place. I'm almost GLAD the line is so long so I only go every couple of months. Perfection, Deliciousness and Extacy, all under one roof. I don't want to over do it though, so don't set your expectations too high ;) All in all, heaven on earth; especially if you're as passionate about breakfast as I am. -
Joseph’s 4-star review: I found a review of this place that my roomate wrote, and I realized I had to jump in their defense almost immediately. From a quality standpoint this place is great. Excellently fresh produce, cheeses, wines, vitamins, really they have everythign you could ask for from a local health food store. The sandwich line is great, and you can't beat the smoothie of the day. 2.50 and they blend in some random mix of fruits that always tastes great. Oooh and the salad bar!!! 4.99 lbs. and it's bomb and FRESH! Compare that to the blasphemous 7.99 (sometimes 9.99) at whole foods and there's really no question. The price of produce IS a little high, but only if you compare it to safeway. And seriously... if your produce acceptance level is SAFEWAY then just go there and don't let me hear your complaining. If you want fresh and organic, the price here is as good or better as the price anywhere else. hip hip horrah! for my local grocery store. -
Joseph’s 4-star review: I've heard people knock this place a lot, so I really thought I should share my 2 cents. I'll admit I haven't really shopped around the menu much, but what I did eat was amazing. But I digress... lets start back at the beginning. Random story, but I actually came here with my roomates GF and her parents... I knew her first, and her parents love me. Add it up, and free meal for Joe! woohooo. I live nearby, so I've walked by alot. Walking in was definately a new experience though. The unmistakeable smell of garlic RUSHED my nostrils the second I got in. As a middle eastern man, garlic is basically porn to me; I went from 6 to midnight if you know what I mean... A couple glasses of wine, and her parents ordered the Crab fiesta or whatever for 4. Long story short, this was a HUGE platter for 4 of Garlic smothered crab. Delicious, amazing, insane, and crap your pants good are all adjectives I'm quite comfortable using here. As I said earlier, I love garlic, and crab is right up there too. Put them together like that, and my roomate is lucky I didn't marry is GF right there. I took 1 star off because I saw the prices, and if I was paying I'd probably have taken 2 off. Pretty expensive for what it is, and come to think of it, that's probably why everyone knocks the place so much. All in all, good place to go; particularly if someoen else is paying. Also, one of the only places I've found that sells Daves insanity hot sauce. Try it out... but beware! -
Joseph’s 4-star review: It's hard to truly classify my times at mojitos. As a North Beach local I have a natural affinity towards the place, but it definatey has it's pros and cons. pros: -Great music! seriously awesome live music almost every night... Tuesdays have some rediculously great salsa/latin vibes. -Pretty nice crowd. pretty girls, chill people, sometimes a little ghetto but hey... i love that shit! cons; -sometimes there's a cover. $5 aint bad, but this is north beach... every other bar is free -I've come here 60+ times and the bouncer still doesn't recognize me. Only one in north beach... -sometimes its TOO ghetto... i've seen some crazy shit happen outside. It's always isolated and people don't just mess with random folks... but it's still there. all in all i love it. Sprinkle some ghettto in with great music and I'm always a happy man. Oh, and the food is BOMB when you're drunk.

Joseph’s 5-star review: I'm a kid again! Run around, dance, play be merry! Careful for the flying monkeys... they tend to go from the register over to the wall. Heck just ask and I'll bet you'll be flying your own! buckets, nay BARRELS of candy everywhere, more multitudes of saltwater taffy than you can imagine! Chocolates, gummi's and sours oh my! But what's that by the register that caught my eye?? OHHHHh the fudge! dear lord hold me back... i mean you smelled it walking in, but you forgot about it until you were ready to pay. Before you have a chance to think you'll be thrust a free sample or three of the tiger lilly fudge, the reeses butter cup fudge, the oreo delight fudge. you'll cry, you'll laugh, and you'll probably have a spiritual moment before emptying your wallet on the counter violenty begging for more. And hey... if you're really nice and smile at the workers.... who knows!? you might get some free caramel popcorn =P -
Joseph’s 3-star review: To be honest, even when I'm drunk I stumble past this place. Live music almost every night, and a pretty cool "open blues Jam" every Monday night definately gives it a nice and unique feel. They have some chill beer pong during the week, but if you show up on a weekend it's either a sausage fest or too packed to move. I just can't manage to have a good time.. Thank god their chill during the week. All in all it's not that good, but drop by for a quick cheap drink... $1 PBR on Mondays! -
Joseph’s 4-star review: I'm giving this 4 stars, but only because it fits perfectly for it's purpose... not because i'd come here time and time again. young proffessional? looking for pretty young girls? Enjoy people between the ages of 21-29? Don't come here. I describe this as a greaaat old people bar. The bartenders are chill and laid back, the crowd is very "mature", and the place is small and dingy enough that you keep your expectations low. I came here with a friend's dad when HE wanted to meet girls; I'd never come here on the prowl though. Bring like 2-5 friends if you want a chiller scene with out much distraction... except for drunk older people of course. -
Joseph’s 4-star review: This place is a SOLID! Every time I come here, I'm skeptical at first, nervous after a drink, and then never look back. Great live music downstairs (any acoustic guitarist that can keep a bar jumpin by himself is golden in my book). You get upstairs and suddenly the vibe has gone from dive bar central to club scene! Live dj keeps the music bumpin and the dance floor is always a lot of fun. Random side-note but I always seem to run into a bunch of military folk here. I've picked up like 2 girls that were hardcore... i'm talking counter-terrorist interrogators and such. Maybe I'm just gullible, but they sure seemed like they were telling the truth. Either way, a fun time, a great vibe and always a fiesta. Be warned though, it's a bit far from everything else, so only come if you're truly committed. -
Joseph’s 4-star review: I live around the corner from here, and literally watched the place get built. Back then all i could think was "here we go... another business ready to fail at this same cursed location". plus it's pizza in NB, so the competition is fierce... kind of like fighting a raptor with a toothbrush; you're not supposed to win ya know? After reading some yelp reviews, I gathered the courage, grabbed the GF and made it here. Decently long wait, but they'll take your cell phone and call you when the tables ready. AWESOMe! The ambiance here is nice. Slightly dim lighting in the front room (with a bar) and in the back you're immediately drawn to the two tall cooks (Tony and friend) in front of a large dome wood fire. I'll get the negative stuff out first. I wasn't a big fan of the service. A bit slow, never really there at the right moments, and eh.. i was just displeased. we had the seat RIGHT next to the kitchen though, so it might have been due to that. I'll be back and hopefuly re-review wiht 5 stars.... one plus was that the cooks run your food so you can ask them anything you want! AH the food. After some thought, we decided to get an appetizer and 2 pizzas. Screw the salad!! The fried green beans were awesome. Don't be surprised when they aren't deep fried (cause I was)... these bad boys are pan sauteed with garlic and butter. YUM Naturally we went with the raved about Margherita pizza and then also the Cal Italia pizza. When Tony comes by to check how everything is (I assure you he will) ask him WHY they only serve 74 of the margherita a day. Wierd number isn't it? The pizza was amazing. incredible. Lifechanging. Orgasmic. The margherita was good, though in my opinion a bit plain. I think the authenticity of it and the challenge of improving the taste with so few ingredients is what makes the award it received so special... don't go for the gimmick, get the pizza you think you'll love. Delicious cheese, the sauce was perfect and though I could have used a bit more basil, the slices that had it were awesome. The Cal Italia was just OUT of this world. There's some fig on it which adds a really nice sweet flavor. I added some chili pepper flakes to get that sweet spicy feel (personal favorite) and dear lord I couldnt believe the torrents of pleasure racking my body (seriosly! my GF got jealous i liked this pizza so much). The menu was stacked with different types of pizzas baked in different types of ovens so I know there's plenty more for me to try. I was eying the sausage one (italian style of course) so just get out of my way if you see me! I'll be back without a doubt and TRULY hope that the service is just a bit better so I can give 5 stars guilt free. -
Joseph’s 3-star review: At this point I'm comfortable calling myself an "intermediate/advanced" thai food eater. I've been to a bunch of places, and then realized it was time to finish off the tri-fecta of thai in my neighborhood. First tuk tuk, then king of thai, and finally Dupont. I rarely eat in a resteraunt when i'm near my house, so true to form I ordered to go. The decor here was nice; something I'm starting to see pretty consistently at most thai resteraunts, and the waitstaff was nice and helpful. The food was... well... average. I went with a pad see yew alternative that has spicy thai chili in it, while my gf had a crispy tofu and green bean dish. The noodles were good, but just not as delicious as the other two neighborhood places. They ground the beef up a lot more than I expected, and the noodles were just not at the same level... a little rubbery and lacking flavor. Overall the dish was missing some sauce or flavor. The big + that I found was the spicy though. This was the first place in YEARS that actually forced me to take a break it was so spicy! The gfs dish was a lot tastier and flavorful, but even then I could tell the green beans weren't 100% fresh. Oh well... OH and we got these spinach wraps expecting somethign similar to spring rolls... turned out they were like lettuce wraps (so do it yourself). not too good, and served with these biig chunks of ginger. a bit too forceful in taste. I've finally experienced the tri-fecta, and I think I'm dropping this one for the duo. Oh well... -
Joseph’s 3-star review: OK I don't get it. Seriously... Every female I know absolutely LOVES this place and insists on dragging me here. Like no joke they always want to come. What I don't get, is that if all women seem to love th eplace, how does it turn into a sausage fest every time!?!?!! All the bartenders are pretty friendly and the vibe of the place is pretty chill on a weekday night. Weekends get pretty crazy, and when it gets too crowded it loses it's allure pretty damn quick. stays fun if you can get a table though, and the pool table in back is definately clutch. Guys room has some great reading material for while you pee!! -
Joseph’s 4-star review: I have to preface this review by saying that I am a meat eater. Chicken killing, bloody steak eating, bacon loving, lamb drooling Carnivore. I'm the guy that laughs at the silly vegetarians and the puny vegans and just wonders how they live their lives in the shadows of animal greatness. That being said, this place was AMAZING. I was seriously impressed... in fact I can't believe they got tofu to taste that good! Service was nice too, though a bit slow. They are so incredibly friendly, perky and nice that you barely notice. Skeptical at first, we started with the Spring rolls. Similar to most, the rice paper was nice and fresh, and i noticed they slid some tofu in there (most veggie spring rolls don't have protien). As tasty as they are anywhere else... this wasn't too much of a stretch for me. Up next, my gf and i split the "Guru curry" (Gubu? Guru?) and the orange sesame "chicken". I seriously was amazed that this stuff was tofu! They managed to replicate the "beef" texture for the curry and the "chicken" texture for the orange sesame perfectly. We both liked the orange chicken one better, and the waitress let us know it was her favorite too. My only complaint was that the Curry didn't have enough Tofu in it. (HAHA i know... me asking for more tofu!!) I mean i get that it's vegan or whatever, but come on it was mostly potatoes and hey.. the tofu was tasty! Desert was a couple scoops of vegan icecream. I don't eat much desert, but i had a few bites and was pleased. I'm actually lactose intollerant, so normally i have to regret it later when I eat ice cream. This stuff was great and I dind't have to have a bad night!! All in all pretty damn good. i promised the gf I'd come back again, and I can honestly say i look forward to it. Pretty impressive for a place without any MEAT! -
Joseph’s 3-star review: I think every single review starts with this, but YES, they definately have 2 for 1 beers at happy hour. You get a poker chip with the first one, and you can use it for a freebie. Kinda nice that you can save it for another day. That being said, I'm not a huge fan of the place. It's chill for a dive bar, but it's crowded quite a bit and I can't really figure out why. The bartenders absolutely ROCK so I'll give a star to each one I know.... No cover, cheap drinks, and almost always a sausage fest, come here when you want to get shitty drunk with a friend or two and don't care who you meet. -
Joseph’s 5-star review: I was tempted to save this place as my lucky number 50 review... Damn my impatient ass; it's gonna have to settle for almost as lucky number 40. It's all fuzzy. a stumble left or right and I'm immediately running into somone, luckily it's someone I know. Through my haze I try to understand where/what/how and (least importantly) who I am, but my carefully pieced together mental strategy is SHATTERED by the ominous voice of Jason G. "6 6 Jason Biggs... come on what you got!" That's when I realize I'm NOT floating in a hazy cloud city; basking in glorious women. Nope.. I'm at bings, sloppy and mind twistingly drunk from another great game of Liars Dice with scooter Jason and Smak. when I say great I mean getting my ass handed to me. Damn you guys I still don't know how i lose so much... but i guess that means i win right? I don't think I ever have, or could have a bad time here. The crowd is always great, the bartenders are always having as much fun (or more..) than you are, and they make the drinks strong enough to knock out a bear. seriously. I mean, don't get me wrong here. I can keep up with the best of the best, but 5 drinks later at Bings and I'm second guessing my alcoholism! Next time you're walking by on a weekday night, stick your head in and you'll never know what you'll find... apart from cheap drinks and a great time that is! -

Joseph’s 2-star review: Sorry to smack this place down... specially since I'm a local but I just don't seem to have a good time. Really small place, and a little too much trouble from the doorman (when I was there anyway) for what it is. The guy seriuosly accused my REAL id of being fake. He threatened to call the cops, and I egged him on. I guess my confidence came through cause he let me in. I won't go as far as giving it 1 star, because I can't say antyhgin HORRIBLE happened here. Come on a tuesday night and if trivia is your thing you'll have fun... i'm a local and I NEVER want to go here. When I do, i leave within 5 minutes... what else can I say? -

Joseph’s 2-star review: Kells' is pretty carappy. Almost 90% i have a bad time. Since there was one or two good ones, I gave them 2 stars. Simply put the place is full of douchebags. you have a couple little ones, and a whole lot of big ones. All shapes and sizes, colors and forms! At least they keep it clean? I mean it's rediculous. Even the bouncers are total assholes (for the most part). True, I've had some great conversations with some of them, but the rest are just total tools. Upstairs can be anywhere from semi-crowded to cluster-fuk. The few times I've had fun were when it wasn't that bad and we could dance upstairs. Once you get downstairs, forget about it. Sweaty, nasty disgusting and rank. It's like a frat party but everyone forgot to invite the girls. Come here if you feel like going to the marina but don't want to go that far. Oh, and if you want 40 dudes rubbing your ass as they walk by? you're in heaven! -
Joseph’s 4-star review: HAHAHA so i'm really only writing this review in response to Peter H.'s scared and frightened "thug parking" review. That wasn't two china town "thugs" trying to box you in and harrass you, that was 2 really old chinese people who don't know how to park and had to deal wiht the really small spaces here. LOL. that being said, yeah the spots here are pretty small (albeit the location is so damn convienient). You said it yourself, there's a freaking POLICE dept across the street, and i can tell you that plenty of cops actually park THEIR cars here too...but I digress. I'm actually a monthly parker here and even though I REALLY shouldnt do this, I'll let the world in on a little secret. Night parking here is only $75... that's 6pm - 9am every day for 75 a MONTH. compare that to the 300 monthly parking anywhere else and it's a pretty sweet gig. Weekends get rough, but hey don't bitch. I send all my visiting (and not cheapass) frineds to park here and its' never ever an issue. The fortunes are fun too... gives something as boring as parking a little zing. at 2.75 an hour it's a pretty damn good deal. (-1 stars cause it's a parking garage... seriously? who gives a parking garage 5 stars) -
Joseph’s 4-star review: yum. i like the decor even though it's pretty stereotypical italian. Big murals of old looking italianesque pictures. Just enough lighting to be a bit romantic. The gf and i came so she could drink and i could eat.... Waitstaff was incredibly helpful friendly and nice. I swear they couldnt wipe the smiles off their face (and one of them did a really damn good indian accent.. seriously impressive). I went with the Gnocchi con prosccutto (can't spell i know) and it was BOOOMB. apparently they make the gnocchi in house and I could definately tell... melted in my mouth for serious. they even gave us a little desert from off the menu! chocolate mousse.. if you ever get the chance, get it. seriousyl. SERIUOSLY. AAAAH chocolatey delicious and sooooooo light. i'll be back for sure to visit satia and gianrigo at the very least!
