Elaine’s 5-star review: What can I say? This is my favorite Starbucks. They do it right each time with a smile. I used to frequent this place 2-3 times a week, mornings and the afternoon. It didn't matter who was taking my order, they always got it right and were super friendly. It is located right next to a Safeway and Washington Mutual. Whenever the staff would have their free samples, they always walk out to the front to make sure the people sitting outside got to try it too. I have nothing to complain about this place. Elaine’s 4-star review: This is where you find me at least 2X a week. I like buying my groceries here because the staff is friendly, the store is clean, there's always a sale (starting every Wed!) and I've always been able to quickly come in and out (thanks to '3's a crowd'). On the occasion their vegetables are not looking too fresh, you can ask the produce worker to go to the back and bring some more out for you. I especially like the lady who works at the self-check-out area. Somehow I always end up buying something that makes the machine go bonkers and she never gives me a dirty look! She just comes over, punches a few buttons and then my transaction is done. TAH-DAH! thank you lovely lady......and that is what I call service :)
