"This is a long overdue review. We've used A.T. Weber for a lot of years, on jobs big and small. Each time it's been a pleasure doing business with them. Without fail they have been prompt, knowledgeable experts, and left the site working and clean. Plumbing is something we take for granted until the kitchen sink doesn't drain, the upstairs bathtub is leaking into your living room, or you're doing a major remodel. When that happens call A.T. "Curtis was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I called several different companies and nobody could come out for weeks, but Curtis squeezed me into his tight schedule since the AC was dead at my house and everyone was seriously suffering given the Summer heat wave. He ran into an issue where his ladder was not tall enough to reach my attic so he was nice enough to come back with the right ladder the same day. I was worried he'd give up on me, but he came through and I really appreciate that. His charge was fair to replace the faulty capacitor and top up my Freon. "My power went out in my kitchen. Called Emmett Zediker and made appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, told me he was COVID 19 free. then went right to work. He checked the fuse box and tightened a screw, then went into kitchen to check outlets, and they were now working. He went under house to check heater and put the cover back on and it worked. He fix my problem in less than 15 minutes. He was very professional. Knows electronic, and he will be the person I call for any future electrical problems. "Highest recommendation from a person who doesn't write many yelp reviews! Hiring an electrician can be tricky. You're basically trusting that the work will be done properly and won't later cause a fire! These people blew me away with their professionalism. Mandy was my first point of contact. She got right back to me, was helpful and kind, knowledgeable and straight forward. She listened with care and responded appropriately and with immediacy even when I told her it wasn't an emergency. The technician that showed up was Frankie and the guy couldn't have been better at his job! He was prompt, capable, prepared, an excellent communicator and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain it to us novices. "Leo is a gem of a guy. Told me when he will show up and he did. follow ups are prompt. Will let you know ahead of time that he's arriving at ur place. so much of courtesy. I love it. I had clogged drain pipe in my garage near my washing machine n garage sink. Leo brought 75 ft snake and cleaned it all up via my roof vent access. Now there is no backup or clogging. he's very efficient n quick. hardly any time wasted. I would highly recommend him for ur plumbing needs. Thank you Leo." - Jay S -
"Called Plumbing Care because of all the 5 star reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I highly recommend Plumbing Care. From the very professional dispatcher call to the technician Kyle coming to repair. After making the appointment I immediately got a text confirming. Soon after Kyle called me said he was still in the area would it be ok to come then. I then got a text with a picture of Kyle and his back ground. Kyle called to say he was there then came to the door. Mask on, took his shoes off. Showed him the bathtub faucet and explained the issue. He explained all that was possibly wrong. Gave me an estimate. It was exactly what he said was wrong. The handle had also broken. He was so kind as to go to Home Depot and get a different type of handle that I had wanted. He completed the job within an hour including the trip to Home Depot. The cost was very reasonable. Kyle couldn't have been nicer. Great company to work with. I will definitely always call Plumbing Care." - Kristi K

"Great experience with this company! I had a shower that would run out of warm water after about 5 minutes and this is with a tankless water heater. The plumbers acurately diagnosed the problem (faulty shower valve) and also discovered a small leak. They replaced all the shower hardware without disturbing any tile or sheetrock. They also did more troubleshooting and discovered that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. The water pressure coming into our house was really high and could have been the root cause of the shower problem. I was very happy with the service and will certainly use this company in the future." - Bonnie B

"Z & Z was the first company to respond to our call about a bathroom leak. Eddie arrived the same day in fact within an hour equipped with a face mask and shoe coverings. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which ended up not be a water leak but a shower pan leak. "I'd give them 10 stars because 5 is not enough. I've dealt with Jorge and Alfa Plumbing three times now and he's the only plumber I will ever call. I learn so much from him and his advice that I'd happily pay him just to teach me to do things myself. But most plumbing jobs are beyond my capacity so I am more than happy to pay him. "Superior service we have used this company multiple times they have replaced our main water line from the meter, replaced our sewer pipe, today they are re-piping our water lines moving them into the attic. These guys are no nonsense hard working and clean also have never been late KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK." - Jim C
