Valeria’s 4-star review: When they tell you to look for Jose, believe them. The nice young lady at the door looks at the little rubber end cap I show her: "Hmmm...not sure if we have that. Check with Jose over near aisle 16." I go to aisle 16 and Jose is helping someone so I look for the next nearest employee: "Hmmm...I don't know. I'm just stocking. Check with Jose." Jose's still busy so I look for the next, next nearest employee: "Hmmm...I don't know if we have anything like that. You should check with Jose. He's over there by that far wall." I go back to where Jose is still helping the same customer and wait. When it's finally my turn I drop the little cap in his hand and he immediately announces that it's an end cap for wire shelving. Wire shelving! All this time I've been looking in the section with rubber tips for chair legs. D'oh. Thanks, Jose! P.S. This store makes The Home Depot look like Macy's. The Home Depot caters to weekend warriors...real construction dudes shop at Discount Builders Supply. P.P.S. Ladies, if you like blue collar types, come shop here. I saw quite a few burly cuties. -

Valeria’s 5-star review: Today was my third time bringing my car to Precision. First time was for an oil change and replacement of both front struts, in February. Second time was in July, for an oil change and safety check before a big road trip. Today was because I'd started hearing clicking sounds in my front end. Before the drop-off, I made the mistake of Googling and found so much alarming information online that I was actually considering whether I should buy a newer car (mine is 15 years old). Steering column? Suspension? CV joints? Is it time to move on and stop putting money into this car? Then John texted me in the afternoon to let me know that one of the struts from February was the cause and they had replaced it under warranty. I'm embarrassed to confess that I hadn't asked about a warranty 7 months earlier so I was surprised. They could have blamed the clicking on any number of other things. How would I - an automotive dunce who relies on Google - ever even know? Trust level: Up. Anxiety level: Down! -

Valeria’s 5-star review: Service is even faster than before. I barely turned a page in Cosmo mag before my car was ready. As before, I didn't need to have my DMV paperwork with me...they transmitted with just the VIN then a few business days later all I had to do was pay my renewal online. Also as before, the same young man still works there. Even worse than before, though, was the lobby. Oh, man. It's actually comically bad at this point! I almost DON'T want them to fix it so that I can see how much worse it is year after next. LOL. Don't go changin'...I love you just the way you are!
