ALEX: chashu bowl and strawberry ramune 2023 update: Tonkotsu miso is good but almost a lilll too thick. best during maybe i super stormy winter. Just get the Normal tonkotsu broth. i added a tamago for 2$ and the Ramen was 14$ before tax The chashu bowl is as good as ever. Next time try the “Tsukune” yakitori bowl Ganso gyoza is good too! sauce was perfect not too sour. but the pieces are a little small & its -

IT WAS A SOLID 15-20/10 IT WAS THE BEST MEAL IVE BAD IN WEEKS I CANT THINK OF ONE AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT. Came piping hot, Super flakey but not oily pastry, soup wasnt too smokey and salty from the bacon (i dont even like bacon) and it was creamy but not in a gross heavy way!! I felt like i was in ratatouille in that one scene. The meal was so homey, hearty, every bite felt perfect. For the edges in stead of trying to spoon it, i peeled it with my hands and dipped it into the soup.

I got: - Bakamori ramen with rich broth Wawa: - Tsukemen ramen with rich broth and gyoza on side + coke We ate in silence cus it was SO good. Soso good. The ramen noodle was VERY thick n chewy. I had no idea but they do tonkotsu broth here which is my FAVE broth but ramen places seldomly make it. It was so creamy n flavourful but not in an overly thick n fatty way. it was very hearty n flavourful. The amount of karaage given in the bakamori was perfect however i didnt realize 60% of the bowl was going to be boiled bean sprouts which i DO like but i only like raw bean sprouts with pho not ramen. Next time order just a regular Karaage Ramen w rich broth + extra chicken or something! Good service too! Overall Wawa & i LOVED it here (his fave ramen place so far) -

All you can eat -
1. Spicy bratwurst (yes to the sauerkraut and fried onions) 2. sourcream on fries 3. diced onions 4. no sauce 5. use the chips to spread most of the sourcream on the hotdog. put chips into the hotdog for crunch. SO GOOD
