I have a bulging out wall from my kitchen wall and notice my sink have a black mold and i don't see any leak,I'm leaving in a condo and the hoa want to get a plumbing certification or inspection for any leak prior fixing the wall issue?

I need a new diverter for my shower/bathtub. Right now the water only comes out of the bath faucet it does not come out of the showerhead. Can you let me know how much this would cost? For a new diverter? And for the labor?
