Yes. I called them first to speak to someone. The best deal is to prepay the parking fee. I estimated generously on the arrival time. I was 40 minutes off and the landing time; I was an hour off. It worked fine. Plan for a 20 minute Air Train ride if you are going onto United Domestic. You get the "QR" code and scan it into the "PrePaid" designated line to enter and to exit.
