They gave me an estimate. They asked what I wanted done (dispose of a very large heavy couch with essentially 2 flights of stairs). I believe my cost was $90 but my memory might be including the tip. They brought 2 guys, it was tough maneuvering it out. They were careful of my unit and the building. Price was so reasonable compared with other searched options. They were on time. I was very happy with Santos Hauling and sent an email to everyone in the building and friends saying so. The estimate was what my charge was.
