Is it customary to tip drivers? In the past I thought I saw on their web site that drivers were not tipped but now their web site is silent on the question. I hate to have to take cash or a credit card with me. I called and emailed them but no answer

Can this service work for someone with no internet and only her landline at home? My 91 yr old mom has a flip phone she carries, but only for emergencies and so I can track her via GPS. But she doesn't use it to talk. Can SilverRide work?

Yes! Cell phones are not necessary. We do ask for some way to contact our clients if needed. If she has a landline that is fine!
Does anyone know of a taxi service in the East Bay Area CA for a person confined to a wheelchair so it needs to have a wheelchair accessible lift to be able to pick her up at her apartment, take her to church or out to eat?

Silver Ride will do that. They are non emergency transportation. They are convenient, nice and very professional. I've used them many times!
