Anybody have any luck contacting Awin? If so can you share phone or contact? Been trying calling and texting with no response.

I have been trying his number for the past year. The system he installed is not working and I have not been able to reach him. Probably the business is closed

Is this company out of business ? What will happen to warranty ? I have got it installed 2 years back and the settings were not correct and Awni told he will come to adjust it but I have been trying to reach him but he never answers the call or text

Same here! I'm trying to contact them for weeks via phone calls and text messages, but the local representative is not reachable and their main office just asked me to unplug it from the power and wait for them to contact me back. But they didn't.

Tried reaching the contact phone number but always goes to voicemail! And now voicemail is also full! Is there a better way to contact this company? Got the softener installed and it is not working! The salt box gets loaded with water all the time!

I have been calling and texting this company are they out of business?

We have been trying to reach you for ro filters replacement since an year. And we are trying to reach on awni's direct number still No response. are you guys still providing service?
