Renters beware of practices employed by BIG BLUE PLUMBING. While they seem professional and accommodating they do NOT forewarn the RENTER that no information on the cost of repairs, material for the repair, labor charges & time to complete the job will be provided to YOU, the person actually living in the house. That information is evidently private and available only to the entity who owns the property.
This might have been okay HAD that information been provided BEFOREHAND. I am certain that laws are being adhered to though with no forewarning of how they do business, the visit was totally incomplete and essentially time wasted, except of course, for their collection of $79. I received NO receipt and NO explanation of costs. I am quite disgusted with this experience.
