    i'm sure you can leave your vehicle in the regular amtrak parking lot for a few days.
    afterall its the summer and people usually take amtrak for a trip which lasts awhile.
    if you're going on a really long trip, then you might want to ask the amtrak agent for a special paper they might put on cars for extended leaves.

    I parked in the parking garage across the street and didn't have any problems.  I only left it for a couple days (fri-sun).
