    Never been to any sears outlet. How is the customer service, delivery charges, return policies?

    Dun do it. I bought a refrigerator couple years ago when i rented and it was defective. Thank god they had warranty. The tech came and fixed it. Couple weeks later; the same problem. By that time I had moved out. If ur going to get a appliance at seats outlet get the longest warranty. The stuff there is baddddd

    If you have a truck, you may save on delivery. I wish I had picked up my fridge, as the guy that delivered it, damaged it when the wind swung it open, and sprung the hinge, as he was assembling it out front. I saw the wind take it, but did not realize it did damage, until it was loaded with food. By than they were long gone.

    The next one, by brother and I picked up.

    sears is terrible, airport home appliance are criminals on par with used car salesmen. try lowe's or home depot imo. make sure to bring flyers from competitors so you can ask them to price match.
