    Where can I find a good place to go shopping for summer clothes in Berkeley? Somewhere affordable but still good quality clothing?

    Gabie L., there aren't really any brand name retailers in Berkeley proper (haven't been for a few years) - you would need to go to Emeryville for the nearest mall/shopping center.

    Still, there are plenty of great independent shops near Telegraph and Bancroft, in addition to the wide array of thrift/vintage stores. Bancroft clothing often has some good sales, and there's an American Apparel store.
