Good Physical Therapy on Peninsula?

    Can anyone recommend a good place for physical therapy on the Peninsula (San Bruno to San Mateo)?  Workers Comp has authorized several visits for my herniated disc.  

    I am looking for more than a chiro or massage.  I would like a place with a workout area that can educate me on core strengthening.  

    I am not getting any younger and want to end up with a routine I can follow for years.  Many options recommended by workers comp are just chiro offices, including the one I go to.  I love my chiro, but I know he doesn't have the space to conduct what I believe is a proper physical therapy session.

    I got excellent treatment at the Mills Peninsula Fitness & Therapy Center in Burlingame. Good luck!

    Breakthrough physical therapy is amazing! I would definitely recommend that place to anyone! And absolutely worth the drive
