Be sure and check the return policy when you buy an item from RC Willey. They have pretty good furniture and appliances but their 14 day return policy is hardly enough time to find out if something is going to work out. We bought an LG dryer took it back. Bought a second one same problem! Didn't use all cycles in one months time bc of the Thanksgiving holiday...we were gone part of the time. Irregardless they should replace it or pay for the repair. According to the back of the bill 14 days return policy and they only pay for parts! Btw the permanent press cycle did not work properly on both machines! We have lots of friends and a big family we are telling all of them "Beware".
