    Just tried Filipino food for the first time, hit up Kumare in Richmond. Super delicious!  What are the good spots closer to the city in Van?

    The only Filipino restaurant I've been to here is PinPin on Fraser. Their sisig is pretty good. Though any restaurant pales in comparison to my family's cooking. Just can't get the same fresh ingredients here.

    Kumare is over rated and strives on ambience than authenticity. Pin Pin is okay. Little Ongpin best in the city so far that I've tried.
