What's the best way to get to SD from the Tijuana airport? I won't have a car - someone will be picking me up but I don't want them to have to sit in traffic. Do I just take a cab or is there a better way?
Isn't it easier to catch a cab from the airport to the Otay crossing? Otay is way closer! And what about luggage? Carry-on only?
