Gaggia Espresso Machines have no repair service available. Importika, exclusive US importer, not willing or able to repair Gaggia machines. I purchased 2 Gaggia Espresso makers over the past 6 years, sent them in for maintenance/repairs and had them come back in worse condition. Hack job. Shipping/handling/repair cost over $200 each time. Total dismissal. Burned 1x, shame on them. Burned 2x, shame on me. Burned 3x . . . Stay away from Gaggia, especially their Importika service dept. Buy another brand.
