Thanks to Titz for that PSA.  Remember ladies, only you can prevent non-bralessness.

Also, my favorite thing aout summer is having a perfect, ready-made excuse to either go outside (the sun) or to not go outside (the heat) whenever the mood strikes me.

I kind of hate that blast of cold air, because you know they're passing their overhead cost for all the energy they're wasting into their prices OR they're short-changing their workers. Plus, it's bad for the planet and junk.

    I'm totally Debbie Downer today.

    No you're not!
In a city that's supposed to be (or should be) progressive, the AC wasting blast is inexcusable. Inexcusable either way. It's sickening.

as for the jokers that don't like dudes in sandals - what do you suggest we wear in 90+ degree heat?  SOCKS and sandals?  how about socks and sneakers?  better yet socks and Crocs?  Jesus, get a clue, it's the only footwear that doesn't make you look like you're from Taiwan.  I HATE SOCKS and at the first hint of 60 degrees I am in sandals.

BTW - just got a new pair for my birthday:

I'm not in the city for the summer!! This makes me sad.

But things I love about summer in my wooded Jersey home....

Sitting outside listening to the birds
    Sitting outside reading
    Canoeing down the river
    Skinny dipping in friend's pools
Barefoot on my grass and not having to worry about pesticides
The fresh, local produce, especially tomatoes and blueberries. Mmm
    Driving with the windows down
Walking half naked around my house when no one is around (also braless)
    Eating tons of popsicles
Being in the woods with just myself and a notebook
    Warm rains

I'm sure there is more...I'm not really that upset I'm not in the city for summer
