I prefer stainless over cast iron. Not thin cheap ones, tho. Nice, solid steel.
Same sear, easier to clean up.
I do own few Le Creusets, they just so darn heavy, especially filled with food!

  10. I have some fairly cheap stainless pots and pans with the aluminum core that goes up the sides like All-Clad. I want something non-stick but I don't like non-stick so I thought cast iron would split the difference.

  13. The iPhone 7 was a solid model. That was the one where you'd start to hear stories of Apple phone faithful not automatically upgrading to the newest release because there wasn't a huge jump in new features and their current phone was operating just fine.
