Anyone know of a place in the Arden area or West Sac? Thanks in advance

Cheap isn't always best, Shanale T., but the best place in West Sac for any automotive repairs or maintenance is Japan Motors (and that's for all makes/models).

  1. Firestone is like $20 for a basic oil change and high mileage is about $40-$50. Peggy is right cheap isn't the best. Remember you get what you pay for.

Have used Firestone in West Sac for two years now! Go online before you go to see if there are any coupons available.

  2. Look for coupons in the paper if cheap is the priority. I'm going to recommend the jiffy lube in downtown, 3000 Capitol Ave. I've personally used them and they're pretty good folks. It's usually cheap for regular mileage oil changes, they run coupons in the paper, and there's yelp check in specials.

I advise against Speedy Oil Change due to pretty mediocre customer service model and lazy choices in place of efficiency. This place is how I found out what happens if the oil pan and gasket aren't properly put back where they belong. What happens is nothing effing good.

I highly recommend Japan Motors in west Sacramento. I agree w/Peggy & Janelle  before I found Japan motors I had a few shyster mechanics, having to return to fix the same issue. Ended up costing me more & wasted valuable time, plus the stress. I recommend this place to my son in law, friends, etc. All were extremely satisfied. Ben is a Master Mechanic & does a professional job every time.

Sears has a coupon online for a $14 oil change. The coupon expires on 2/14. You could drop off your car and walk around Arden mall while you wait.
