Where is there a good Chinese buffet in Sacramento?

Normally, I would recommend No. 1 buffet but, I was very disappointed on my recent visit. Overcooked seafood and everything was left sitting out too long.

If you like sushi, I recommend Fuji's Sushi Buffet in Elk Grove. They have a small Chinese food section but the food is good $15.25 for lunch

Eastern Empire. Not your typical "buffet" but it is all-you-can-eat. You order what's on their menu (lots of variety), as much as you want, and they prepare it right then. Better than a buffet. Lunch is a good deal. $12/pp

oh yes, what Carol said ... Eastern Empire. The only Chinese buffet I will ever go to and I'm not even a huge fan of Chinese food. Everything is cooked fresh to order.

That's because you haven't tried my Chinese cooking so, I don't blame you. I come from a lineage of chefs dating all the way back to when the Great Wall of China was built. No bull!

I only cook at home for my family now. Working in a restaurant kitchen was just too much work so I found a different profession. You guys want to have an UYE at my place of employment? Bring plenty of money to gamble... Hint.

I've "heard" there's a pretty good on up at South Lake Tahoe off of 89 just past the Y on the right hand side.
