    Ace, you have a hernia?

I used some guys from the PB In n Out also and they were life savers. One of em was built like an NFL player and was proficient with a jack hammer. They asked for $10/hr and I gave them $15/hr and lunch. We were both happy.

I have heard a few bad stories about people getting greedy if you don't negotiate price from the start though.

We usually pay like 8-10/hour and I make them lunch. I also send them on their way with waters, sandwiches, am/fm radio if we have extras, and more food.

Don't be an ass and give them alcohol that's just dumb.  Give them the money instead and you drink the fricken 6pack
