    We're flying out of Tijuana Airport and need transportation from downtown to either San Ysidro or Otay Mesa.  Volaris USED to have a shuttle but no more.  Any economical ideas? Thanks.

    The trolley, blue line, will take you right down to the border in San ysidro. Very economical and easy to figure out.
