    any of the bike shops in the mission should be good and if you want to do it yourself, there's always freewheel on Hayes St. in the panhandle.

    Go for the Bike Hut -- quick turnaround and good quality work.  They only accept cash, so be prepared for that.

    City Cycle... hands down the best bike shop in the city. Great service and everyone was well educated on anything and everything that had to do with bikes.  In addition, they have great rides that leave from the shop every weekend.  Awesome store .... become a regular and they will treat you like a queen ... or a king :)
