Does your Arrowhead water taste soapy?

    We got a strange soapy taste in our office water cooler last week and had two water dispensers changed as a consequence. Now on our second brand-new dispenser with a brand-new water bottle, we're still getting a soapy taste.

    Are any other Arrowhead customers in San Francisco having this problem?

    We have had the same soapy taste! They tell us that the water containers are washed with a biodegradable soap and that sometimes the residue can remain, even though it's harmless. We're thinking of changing vendors. Know of any?
