I am a groomer here in San Francisco and am interested in eventually either opening up my own grooming salon or buying an existing grooming salon and making it better. This isn't going to happen for a few years. I'm just doing research right now.
What I would like to know from people who frequent grooming salons. Why did you leave a particular grooming salon? Why did you stay with a particular grooming salon? When you are looking at salons what would you like to see and what don't you want to see?
I've worked in quite a few salons and have ideas of my own but I want to know from the customers point of view. I'm a community driven person and want to do the best that I can. I feel that asking the community what they want and what they look for is a good first step in the right direction.
