SO I'M GETTING MY TIRES ALIGNED TOMORROW....WHAT'S A FAIR PRICE FOR A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT?  AND DOES ANYONE HAVE A SUGGESTION ON A GOOD PLACE TO GO?

A four wheel alignment should run anywhere from $60-$200 depending on the car and the shop.
Some cars cannot have a four wheel alignment, so it really depends.
What you're looking for is an honest shop that won't upsell or rip you off (ie, we can't align your car because it needs brakes.)  On the other hand, there could be something wrong, like play in your ball joints (seriously, that's what they are called!), so you want someone who is going to do it right.

I can recommend a stellar place in Mamaroneck NY, but sadly have not yet used any shops in this area.

If you bought yourtires from Costco, FREE is the fair price.  You may actually wnat to call the place you bought them from as certain places will give you free alignments for the life of the tires.

I don't think Costco does alignments.
Based on reviews, I would try this place first:

We bring our cars to Sears.  They do a pretty good job.

a few years ago (2001 maybe) I bought a lifetime alignment from firestone ... i forget the exact cost ... but remember doing the math and it paid for itself in 3.5 alignments ... did i mention it's good for the lifetime of my car & not the tires ... seriously the best bang for the buck for anything i've ever done to my car

There seems to be some confusion here.  Are you getting your tires balanced or your wheels aligned? They are two different things.  Balanced tires is based on the placement of weights on the rim of the wheel to account for the natural inbalances and irregularities that occur in the production of tires (no tire is perfectly balanced when you spin it at 80 mph).  This costs $15-30 a wheel.  Wheel alignment is a property of the way the car's wheels are positioned in reference to the road.  The direction the wheels are pointed is a factor of way they are aligned by the various bits and pieces that hold them im place (I'm talking in broad strokes here, nothing technical at all).  This is more expensive, usually $100-150.

the caps lock key is next to the 'a' key, unless you are using a sun keyboard.. in which case it would be next to the spacebar.

wheel balance is different than an alignment.
