    Hi,
Looking to plan a corporate "fun" trip from the city to Napa.

Any ideas on where to start my planning?

Any fun/cool wineries that you can arrange to take about 50 people on a tour, followed by tasting?

Turns  out there are only about 4 or 5 wineries that allow busses at them.

however, if you get mini-busses, you can take those anywhere. You might just want to look into a company that does it and reserve for 50 people. Let me remember the place I used, they were the BEST!

    Maybe Artesa Vineyards artesawinery.com/about/v…
It's a beautiful winery but the wines are not that great. Not sure if they can handle a 50 people group though.

    I like Hess Collection hesscollection.com/web/e…
They do tastings and have an art gallery.

I would check in with yelper, Ian B: yelp.com/user_details?us…

He is the official Yelp wine guru, and Founder of LearnAboutWine.com

That's a good place to start!

I went with a group of 40 on Napa Tours. It was for the Chicago Business school and we went to Viader (beautiful and great wine) Robert Craig (we went to his actual house for lunch, as he is an alumni) and Clos Du Val  ( did not care for their attitude).
I have been at both Peju and St. Suprey when they have had large groups come and they take them to private rooms. We brought champagne, OJ and Muffins for breakfast and picked up boxed lunch at Oakville Grocery (planned ahead) for lunch. It was a blast!
BTW, I think we ended up paying $140 each for the bus, food, and the tastings.

I have also used Magnum Tours 3 times, but that is when we were staying in Napa for the night. They were a bit pricey, but after the first tour, I was a believe!. They took us to some really cool places that are way of the beaten path and we actual got to meet the wine makers and have lunch/wine with them. Not sure what size group they can accommodate, but I highly recommend them!

John -- those are all limo companies.

They need a minibus or a bus.

Check out Cali Limo and party Bus.  They specialize in limo style mini and regular buses.  Very nice atmosphere while cruising through Napa.  calipartybus.com.
