My review was removed, 'lack of first-hand experience'.... I have first-hand experience when dealing with the owner - who is not owning up to the mess. I am trying to make sure this is appropriately addressed. I feel that the owner's vehicle was mistreated under their care, and he probably does not know about it.

    Original Review:

Short: Under their care, someone took a customer's car in what looks like a joy-ride; speeding through a neighboring local road.

On 4-24-2015 (around 4:35P), I saw a White Tesla blew past me at a stop-sign intersection. The driver floored the car, reaching unsafe speeds. I saw that the left-side (driver-side) of the vehicle was covered in plastic, and when I caught up to the car it was turning into Alioto's Garage. This screams all signs of a joy-ride.

I wrote a review on yelp, in an attempt to reach the owner. Chris Aliloto reached out to me, to say that the car was in their sub-contractor's care. I asked for the White Tesla's owners information, and have not received a response since. Since then, the review was removed and I can only assume it doesn't concern them anymore. I am still waiting to hear that this has been resolved with the owner. If this review shows anything, it may be accountability on all ends.

If my car was in shop and someone treated it how I witnessed, I'd be furious.

Review is ongoing, pending further communication. I am sending a message to Tesla Bay Area and will be posting to the Tesla forums shortly.

Imagine the review the owner of the car would write on yelp from the owner if the company gave their customer's contact info to some random person.

Also, which auto shop do you work for? I mean, if you're using yelp to write 1 star reviews of 4 different dealerships/body shops...
