    Hello Yelpers,

Was wondering if anyone in the Bay Area could point me in the right direction for a legit water delivery service? Ideally, would like to find a company that uses glass bottles (I'm not a huge fan of plastics).

I've only been able to find Alhambra and Crystal Geyser as viable options - and they seem to use #7 plastic bottles.

Does anyone know of any small Mom 'n Pop water stores?

    What's the dealie?

I'm not sure if you can find a glass bottle water delivery service.  Glass is really heavy and breakable, so they use easy plastic.  Sparkletts is another company - maybe try them?  They also do water filtration systems.

Yeah, I realize the repercussions of glass, but I have seen them in the past (just not in SF). But thank you for the recommendation and I will add Sparkletts to my investigation list.

I willing to do plastic, if I must.  It would be nice to pick a company that is doing a decent job in regards to their business practices and not just bottling water from the Midwest and shipping it clear across the country. :-/

Bottled water delivery is exactly the same as PUR or Brita filters. Pet a filter to install on your sink, or buy some of the pitchers.
