Does anyone know of good laborers that can help me with laying bricks in my front yard? I need to redo the landscape in my backyard also but I haven't figure out how yet. I would like to hire someone that can help me design an eco friendly and low maintenance layout.
    Thank you!

I'm going to be looking for the same soon so let me know if you find someone good.  I'm closing on my house in Morgan Hill in August.  The back yard is dirt so I need ideas.  Good luck with your search!

I don't think a day laborer Crome home depot is going to help you design an Eco friendly and low maint. backyard.

Since cost is obviously a priority, why don't you go post something at Foothill College?  They have an excellent landscape horticulture department and you may find a designer who needs experience working on installations....By the way, there is some skill involved in installing a patio.  There needs to be somewhere for the water to go, so drainage needs to be accounted for.   Depending upon your materials, you may have some excavating and removing of soil involved.  You will be better off asking for contractors while you are at Foothill looking for a designer....Good luck...

I happened to just get some work done in my backyard by a few guys my husband met at Home Depot. He was looking for concrete supplies on a weekend and a few guys had asked him what he was doing. They worked part time for a concrete repair company and were looknig for sidework. They came two weekends in a row and did a beautiful job! They even installed drainage. I've had friends that did similar things at Home Depot and it worked out well...

brandy key word is your "husband"

not to say that a woman can't do the same thing, but sexual predators and criminals in general prey on the weak.  since your husband is their less likely of a chance for things to go south

i'm curious about something...for most of us, the House is the single largest wealth indicator, why on earth would you subject work/safety to the lowest (possibly unqualified) bidder????
