Can I rent a school bus?

    I want to rent a school bus to help shuttle my wedding guests around San Ramon.  

    They're staying at the Marriott, our ceremony is at a park, and then our reception is at a house.  Since 90% are from out of town, I'd like to help transport them. Plus, they could get their drink on.

    So . . . anyone know of any place in the Bay Area that would rent me a school bus for about 8 hours?  I cannot friggin' find anything using Google (or even searching Yelp), so  . .. I'm at a loss.

    Any particular reason why you want a school bus, and not a party bus?

    We were teachers when we met.  Plus, I'm hoping it may be cheaper (and/or fit more people) than a party bus.  I'm looking for a buuuuuuuuuuuuus.  To fit like 35-40 people.

    You're going to shuttle out of town guest who paid lots of money to get out here in a school bus????  Ok....

    Google Durham School Services....they're out of concord and I contract with them for field trips.  Its going to run you about $500-$700 for 6 hours.  Im not sure if they even operate on the weekends.  

    If you want something "nicer"  consider renting a motor coach...I think they seat up to 32.  Check Black Tie transportation for that.  Good luck!
