Most of those reviewers have no friends, no picture, VERY low review count, and are negative. Often, those reviews get filtered it seems. Perhaps if those folks were more established, that would be different, but I look at those things and think the reviewer has an axe to grind, or are written by the competition's employees. Conversely, they also filter 5-star reviews from non-established reviewers, as businesses try to pad their ratings with their friends, families and employees. It's fair IMHO. My first 2 reviews were filtered, as I wrote then for businesses I love and gave them 5 stars. After I became established with friends, a photo, good and bad reviews, my reviews weren't filtered any more. Good luck to you!
