It may not be fancy, but Boston Pizza does heart shaped pizzas for Valentine's Day! I've done that a few times with friends and had a hoot.
If you want something a little fancier, have you tried Chill Winston in Gastown? I've done a few high-class nights out with friends there. They've got really nice high-end cocktails, and a pretty unique food menu (though it can be a little pricey).
