I have been using Urban Home & Lifestyle and they are really good for cleaning. We did a big purge of all my storage crap and the owner had one of the guys on staff help me move the heavy stuff and disposed of it for a fee. They have been really good so far and they do stuff other cleaning companies don't (like help clear out storage lockers of junk ugh)
