So people have noticed that I have yet to plan a UYE :)  So here goes!  People have asked me other than Pho and Banh Mi sandwiches, what other Vietnamese cuisines are there?  

Well there's 7 courses of beef that's an experience in itself!  No it's not 7 steaks or nearly anything like that!  It's beef made 7 ways, starting with a beef salad, 5 beef dishes that you use rice paper/lettuce/carrots/noodles to wrap into rolls and consume, and a soup!  It's a fun meal to eat with a group and there's work involved- you actually have to roll and eat.  You can read more on wikipedia :)

I've had it at Song Huong (yelp.ca/biz/song-huong-v…) so I'd suggest that place unless someone else has other suggestions!!
