It will take you about 15 minutes on AirBART from the Coliseum to the terminal. Add the time from WC to downtown Oakland, and switching trains, and that would be cutting it close. Plus checking in and security at OAK.
I have used East Bay Express in the past. $38. They have vans and limos. I got a limo and was the only pick up (they have contractors with town cars) once. I though I was getting a Van, but lucked out? Call and ask, or reserve on-line.
