Plenty of outlets, but not really a space I'd call workable/study-able.
Even with less sugar, drinks can be fairly sweet! I recommend maybe trying no sugar for the Rose Garden...
Otherwise, the space presentation is lovely and I love that the staff member who figured out I was looking for water (I asked about refilling my personal bottle from what appeared to be a water dispenser, which it wasn't) she quickly filled me a cup. I appreciated that!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 6 apr 2024
Came here on a Friday night near closing and it wasn't too crowded. We ordered the strawberry and mango bingsu and they were both really good, reasonable, and super packed with so much fruit. The lady who made the bingsu was super friendly and nice. I preferred the mango over strawberry, but both were really good.
Parking lot is pretty small and tight so you might have to circle round a couple times.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Lei L.Jackson Triangle, Hayward, Stati Uniti2 set 2024
This bingsu place our my family favorite! Whenever we're craving for bingsu, this is our go to bingsu place. Their bingsu is so creamy, the size is perfect & it's very milky, which we love. We always order strawberry, mango & oreo. The ambiance is just simple & the lady who works there, she's very nice. If you want to eat bingsu this is the perfect place for you! recommend this!

I think this place was too sweet. It wasn't bad at all but just too sweet. We could only finish it with 3 people. The inside was really hot I don't think they have AC indoors so it was kind of stuffy and because the door was open there were flies inside as well.

Hot Love Cafe is a tiny operation right across from American High School serving some sweet drinks topped with your choice of a variety of goodies.
The lot is small and has tiny compact spots for cars and even smaller still is the shop. There are a few seats available but the way the shop is organized, it seems to be optimized for on-the-go orders. To be honest, it wasn't too inviting - the door was leisurely propped open by a cone and there wasn't much of a greeting upon entering.
They have a single kiosk for self-ordering but the staff can also take your order. When we went on a weekday early afternoon, there was a single staff member working but fortunately it was pretty quiet and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks. The staff member was pretty friendly when we were ordering.
The drinks look great (I ordered the Black Sugar Brûlée Latte) and are on taller side compared to other places. To me, they're a bit on the sweeter side.
Hot Love has a lot of different toppings for their drinks but I only tried the honey boba which tastes great. They're chewy, just the way I like them.
The biggest turn off for me was the price. The drink itself is already at a premium compared to Ain't Common found across the mall but they also charge extra for no ice. When places do this, to me, it's an indicator that they're trying to nickel and dime their customers.
Furthermore, it was news to us that this location used to house a pop up shop called Sana Tea that used the same facilities. They had a separate Yelp listing at this very same location and upon checking in, you'll receive a check in offer for a discount. Unfortunately Hot Love doesn't honor it.
Overall, the drinks are decent and a good sugar fix but if you're looking for more authentic tea at around or below the same price, I would consider other places.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 26 mar 2024
The strawberry wild smoothie (without strawberry jelly) was delicious, just the right level of sweetness, the flavor and texture a nice balance of tangy and creamy. Ready in less than 5 minutes, with no other guests in sight on a Saturday afternoon. An inviting space with comfortable seating as an option. The employee was friendly, and ordering from the self order kiosk was easy. Parking lot available, shared amongst other businesses.

I love the drinks and Bingsu here! No matter what you get it's always delicious. We typically get the strawberry Bingsu and it comes with ice cream and covered in condensed milk. Yummmmmm. It's a small shop so sometimes it gets crowded but never too bad.
Must try if you're in the area!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - 9 giu 2024
I not good at creating my own drink so I picked one of the premade combos from the menu and got the grapefruit punch with green tea and grapefruit bites. I hate that I couldn't taste the tea and it was masked with an artificialness even though I can see the grapefruit pieces floating inside. I got 50% sugar and all I can taste was just sweet water with a hint of artificial grapefruit. I'm pretty disappointed as I was hoping for a fresher grapefruit flavor.

Hot Love Cafe is back! They share their spot with another boba brand, San Tea. It is more bright and simple inside now with some seating. It seems to be a chill little spot to hang out at after school because there were plenty of kids hanging out here (there is a high school across the plaza).
I ordered their green milk tea, which was decent. It has a good creaminess to it with a slight tea taste to it and a bit of syrupy taste to it. It seems like they do not cook boba, until they run out because there seem to always be a wait for boba, I waited about 15 - 20 minutes for boba on my last visit. The boba was a bit melty and warm, so it kind of changed their taste of the milk tea a bit.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 121 dic 2018Recensione precedenteDope spot in the small plaza across American High School (same shopping center as T4). Place is cute and definitely IG worthy. Name is funny but catchy. The staff is very friendly and when I wanted my drink in the bag, they informed me I'll get more of the drink in the cup vs. the bag. I originally ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba which reminded me of any other place but the drink that was my all time favorite was their passionfruit tea which was so good! It had enough of the fruity taste where it isn't too overpowering so there's still that tea taste.

I went here on a Saturday around 6:35pm after hanging out with friends on a hot day and there was no wait! It was my first time here, so I was excited to try an oreo bingsoo!
I ordered the Mango Funtime drink and also the Oreo Bingsoo! Now, I usually love oreo icecream desserts, so I had a feeling this bingsoo would be just as good. When I got the bingsoo, I felt like it looked very pretty and loved how it came with a scoop of vanilla icecream on top of it! Most bingsoo places I've been to doesn't add a scoop of icecream on their bingsoo, so that made it feel more unique. When I ate the bingsoo, it tasted good, BUT it didn't feel as creamy as other bingsoo I've had before since the ones here felt more icy so that was a bit disappointing. Anyways, other than the icy, but tasty bingsoo experience, the Mango Funtime drink tasted good too and I liked how creamy the drink was!
I'd recommend this place! The drink I tried was good, they give large portions for their bingsoo, and everything tasted good! Despite the fact that the bingsoo I got was more on the icy side, I was still ok with that on that day since it was a nice dessert for that hot day.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1
