This Verizon is the best in the Bay Area. The manager Marlena is so quick and knowledgable. I bought a new phone off of her and she was so patient in transferring my 10k photo storage (lol). She has always helped my family when it came to their phones as well so I'll always stick with her. I can always count on her to fix my problems.

Worst customer service ever. I go in to return my home internet device as I canceled my service. The guy tells me he is alone and he can't help me right now and to come back in 30 minutes. I go back in 30 minutes and he tells me he can't take the device from me because I didn't purchase it from this store. So I leave the store and I call Verizon on my way home and I'm told that I can take the device to any nearby Verizon store.

We had just gotten in from overseas and our SIM cards were not working properly. David and Kristopher were very helpful considering we came in right before closing time. They were able to fix 1 of our 2 phones, and didn't charge us for the new SIM card!

I purchased a defective $50 screen protector. It chipped and cracked in less than 24 hours while safely in my purse. I attempted to return this faulty product and was told repeatedly that it is not returnable because it has a lifetime warranty. I tried to explain that do not want this product for a lifetime. I do not want it on my phone again. The sales person was professional. At the same time completely unwilling to budge on this policy. It went straight into the garbage.

DeJan Roberson helped us during our trade up for two Apple iPhones. He was a great help in choice, color, and service for our mobile phones. Dejan was very courteous, professional, and totally knew the product brand forward and backwards. He also help us transfer all our information onto the new mobile phones seamlessly.
If you have a management position you better give it to him fast. He's a gem and worthy for any advancement in your organization.

My daughter is disabled and uses a communication device, which pairs with her phone, to connect with the world. When the company that makes her device fell behind the latest phone upgrades with their software, she was cut off and became extremely frustrated. I took her in to Verizon in Millbrae Square and between Anson, Kristopher, and Manuel, three separate visits and many phone calls to the device manufacturer, my daughter has now been restored to full communication. The Verizon team showed patience, kindness and knowledge. I would go back any time.

This is a huge, spacious store and every single time my husband and I pass by, we're mystified by how they manage to keep their lease because it never seems like anyone is in there. Though when we recently went a few days ago to inquire about coverage (we've had Verizon but thought of switching to either AT T or T Mobile), because here we are living in the thick of Silicon Valley, but get the shittiest coverage. But anyway, this place is super convenient and parking is a breeze because it's in front of a larger shopping area which has Trader Joes and Safeway, so there's tons of parking for this strip mall type place. When we walked in, the line was almost non existent, which is the great part, and the folks were super helpful in answering my husband's questions. The interior is spartan, super clean, and no joke: the floor is clean enough to eat off, definitely cleaner than my kitchen, and so shiny it freakin gleans. Is this a trick? not sure how they manage it. It's an off marketing strategy, though it might be inadvertent, because it kinda did beckon us to go inside. Very friendly and helpful people, though you might have to ask to speak to the manager (as we did because the first guy didn't really seem to know what to do with us).

tl;dr violent employee thinks he speaks Spanish and confuses vamonos with insults and tries to start a fight
Went into the store because my parents needed a prepaid sim card since they are visiting from abroad. We have never had issues with this in the past. Most likely a 30 min transaction tops.
We went into this store thinking it was a Verizon Corporate Store and thinking everything was going to smooth. Little did we know
My parents spent 2 hours with the sales representative only to end up with 1 of the prepaid lines and one fully erased phone with the excuse of "the phone is too old"
I asked the sales rep for an explanation since my parents where truly concerned about my moms phone being wiped out and having spent 2 hours on Sunday. I asked both of them to leave since we had to come back again during the week in Spanish and then the sales rep got really violent and started saying he knew how to talk Spanish and knew what I said.

Horrible service! I walk in with some questions about getting a phone and the guy was very rude told he didn't know. He told me to call Verizon because he did know.
