Q:
Are you open for me to pick up my car at 8 or 9 pm? (I am doing the Alcatraz night tour)? If not, where can I safely park?

Parking around here ain't cheap. But If you're gonna park all day, this is one of your least worst options at $18 on a weekday. If you're headed to Alcatraz, departing Pier 33, this is about as close as you're going to get.

During our visit, the fee to park was $19 per day if you get in before 9am. Great deal if you plan to spend several hours in the area.

I call their number every day 415 398-4162, and leave a message, and no one ever gets back to me.

I park at 80 Francisco st every time cruise. I like the parking there but it seems like it takes forever for them to send my parking permit,
This makes me very nervous as it is getting close to time to sail.
They have my money but need to be more active sending out the parking permits,Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - C L.São Francisco, Estados Unidos014129/05/2023
Infuriating. We pulled up to the gate and asked the attendant if the sign right above the garage would honor the in by 9 and out by 6 for $19 given it was a holiday Monday. Sign said M-F. He said "I think it is now $20, but yes. We asked again, "Are you sure? If not we will just park on the street." We proceeded to leave hours later and it turns out the attendant flat out lied to me. Even worse, he pretended like he didn't even say it when a different value came up. He refused to honor the value and proceeded to charge us 5 dollars every 30 minutes. I will never use this garage again and encourage you all to avoid this as they lie and cheat.

My car was broken into back window smashed. Parked at 1230 checked on it 230pm returned at 8 and everything in the back was gone all vacation items for both me and my son. Leaving me with a dead car battery (dome light) and dead phones from sight seeing. Finally got a jump and phones charged when trying to leave machine took my ticket which I paid on the way to my car as instructed and wanted another $10 after a few min someone finally answered the intercom and opened the gate. If you park here DO NOT leave anything in your car.

This location is clean and close to the cruise terminal. However, you will have to walk a few blocks to get to pier 27. You have to book and pay for a parking spot for your cruise a month in advance. You must print a copy of your parking reservation to turn in after your cruise is over. The staff is friendly and helpful to direct you to open spots.
I gave four stars because the parking spots are extremely tight!! I mean your vehicle will be touching the lines on both sides.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Thomas H.São Francisco, Estados Unidos018/04/2022
I like the parking for cruises.
However I have paid for parking in May and they have not sent my parking permit.
How long will it take them?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 31/07/2010
THIS IS WHERE WE SHOULD HAVE PARKED AND JUST WALKED IT....(recommended for those seeking pleasure at the ferry piers, Pier 39, North Beach in general, or who want to accomplish a great trek all the way down Embarcardero and to the Ferry Building).
City Park charges $10 flat rate for the entire day..
What a winner... is there really any need to be garrulous and 'say' anymore?! WEEEEHelpful 6Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sparkle S.Sunnyvale, Estados Unidos17616/10/2018
My credit card details were stolen after I used my card to pay for parking at this lot. I would never park here again!

Parking on a Saturday at 8:15 am cost $20. It's gated so I'm assuming it's safer than street parking. When leaving you can pay on the ground floor by the elevators or when you are exiting. This parking spot is walking distance to pier 33 for the alcatraz cruise.
