	Shipping Method and Policies For Domestic orders we ship by USPS (Priority Mail or Express Mail) UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to alter the shipping carrier based on ability to process orders quickly. . All International orders will be shipped by USPS (Priority Mail International or Express Mail International) UPS or FedEx. Once they enter into International customs we cannot be held responsible. The customers is responsible for any and all import/customs charges, it is not a 215 GEAR charge but their respective country charges and we have no idea what they are or will be. Orders will be shipped with tracking/delivery confirmation when possible. International orders that choose the USPS Flat Rate Envelope or USPS small flat rate box cannot be tracked and are the responsibility of the customer once the package leaves 215 Gear. If you want the ability to track a package please choose either the USPS Express Mail, UPS or FedEx shipping option. Due to International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) per title 22, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Parts 120-130, IR products can ONLY by shipped to USA/ Domestic addresses. We will ship all orders complete. If all or part of your order is on backorder we will send you an e-mail notification with the estimated date your order will ship. If you need part of the order shipped sooner than the remaining order will process, you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided and a package is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges if you want the order resent. An international customer that refuses a package will not be refunded until the order is returned to 215 GEAR. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Once a package shows that it was delivered it is the property of the customer. For all packages sent to Military (APO/ FPO/ AE) addresses once they enter the military system they are no longer traceable and not the responsibility of 215 Gear. When entering shipping information for APO/ FPO customers; your city is APO or FPO, your state is AA, AE, or AP. Your country is USA, not the country you are deployed in. Orders shipped to and through the Military mail system cannot be tracked. Once the order leaves 215 Gear it is the responsibility of the customer. Please note orders do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We have also included the federal / USPS holiday closing schedule below. Orders will not ship on any of the days listed below.
